Ariadni Maria Voskaki

Ariadni supports Pnyx Hill’s Governance, Risk & Compliance practice, with a focus on regulatory affairs, licensing, compliance and corporate governance. Her work includes regulatory research, preparation of licensing and regulatory documentation, policy and procedure development, and supporting client engagements across evolving regulatory requirements.

She brings a legal background spanning corporate law, litigation, cybersecurity, privacy and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Pnyx Hill, Ariadni worked in legal advisory roles covering GDPR, ePrivacy, the EU AI Act, DORA, NIS2 and ISO 27001-related matters, alongside experience in corporate governance, KYC, AML and cross-jurisdictional corporate administration. This combination enables her to approach regulatory matters with both legal and technology-oriented perspectives.

Ariadni holds an LLB from the University of Nicosia and is a qualified lawyer and member of the Cyprus Bar Association. She is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Law & Informatics, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Personal Data, and Law & Economics, with a focus on Companies and Businesses. Her broader professional development also includes cybersecurity, mediation and information-technology training.
