Alkis Aloneftis

Alkis is an Affiliate Partner at Pnyx Hill, supporting the Group across corporate finance, M&A strategy and strategic transaction matters. He brings extensive experience across financial services, investment management, corporate advisory and regulated markets, providing senior-level perspective on transactions, growth opportunities and complex financial and strategic decisions.

Over the course of his career, Alkis has held senior roles across corporate finance, financial technology, compliance and advisory, including positions with Allied Capital, NAGA Markets, MAP Financial Technologies and Grant Thornton Cyprus. His experience spans investment banking, asset management, capital markets, regulatory matters and corporate transactions, giving him a broad understanding of both the commercial and governance dimensions of financial-services businesses.

Alkis holds a BSc in Economics from University College London and an MSc in Investment Management from Cass Business School. His expertise spans corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, investment strategy, financial advisory and regulated financial services, combining strong transaction experience with a practical understanding of business strategy and capital markets.
