The Finance Associate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the Group while also supporting selected clients with financial and regulatory reporting requirements. This is a hands-on role focused on financial reporting, control, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory-aligned financial support. The position offers increasing responsibility and growth opportunities as the Group continues to expand.

The Senior Administration & Operations Associate is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Pnyx Hill Cyprus office while supporting the Group’s administrative, operational, people administration, and executive support activities. This is a hands-on execution role requiring exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The successful candidate will oversee office administration, facilities coordination, people administration, CRM administration support, invoicing administration, vendor management, and executive support activities, ensuring the office operates efficiently and professionally at all times. The role acts as the primary owner of the Cyprus office’s administrative operations and works closely with the Head of Administration & People, Chief of Staff, Finance, IT, Corporate Secretariat, and the wider leadership team across the Group.
