With over 20 years of experience, she has led large-scale programmes across UK Government, Middle East mega-projects, and global enterprises. Most recently at NEOM, she managed multi-project portfolios aligned with digital and infrastructure transformation, working closely with C-suite stakeholders, government entities, and Tier-1 technology partners.

Sanya brings deep expertise in programme governance, procurement, risk management, and stakeholder coordination, with a consistent track record of stabilising and delivering mission-critical initiatives under tight timelines and high regulatory scrutiny.

PRINCE2 and ITIL-certified, she is known for her structured, execution-focused approach, translating complex challenges into clear delivery frameworks and aligning multidisciplinary teams around measurable outcomes.
