Yiannos Ashiotis

Yiannos Ashiotis is Chair of the Board & Founder of Pnyx Hill Group. He contributes to the Group’s governance, strategic direction and institutional relationships, drawing on more than twenty years of experience across financial services, regulatory advisory and board leadership.

His expertise spans corporate governance, regulatory strategy, financial-services licensing, anti-money laundering and risk management. He advises boards and senior executives on complex regulatory and governance matters, including the implications of cross-border expansion and the development of digital financial services.

Within Pnyx Hill, Yiannos provides senior guidance on significant advisory matters and supports the strategic development of the Group’s governance, risk and compliance advisory and Academy activities. He also represents the Group in industry forums, professional dialogue and senior institutional engagements.

Yiannos serves also as Board Chairman of Revolut Digital Assets Europe and as a board member of StoneX Europe. He is a member of the CISI Cyprus Advisory Council and represents Cyprus in ISO committees covering financial services and sustainable finance.

His career includes regulatory compliance and fund-services leadership at Grant Thornton in Cyprus, alongside management, consulting and professional training roles with EY.

His experience brings together advisory work, executive responsibility and board oversight, providing a practical understanding of how financial businesses are authorised, governed and supervised.
