Constantinos Vassiliades

Constantinos Vassiliades is a Senior Manager at Pnyx Hill, leading the Group's Compliance-as-a-Service (CaaS) offering, providing ongoing regulatory compliance support to financial institutions and businesses operating in regulated markets.

He has over a decade of experience in financial services regulation and compliance, specialising in licensing, regulatory structuring, anti-money laundering (AML), governance frameworks and regulatory engagement across EU and non-EU jurisdictions.

His expertise covers regulatory applications and approvals, compliance monitoring, internal controls, AML/CFT frameworks and regulatory remediation. He has worked extensively with investment firms and regulatory authorities, supporting businesses in meeting their regulatory obligations and maintaining effective compliance operations.

Constantinos holds an MSc in Finance and Investment from the University of Nottingham and a BSc in Mathematics with First Class Honours from Aston University. He also holds the CySEC AML Certification and the CISI Advanced Certificate in Financial Services Regulatory Framework.
