He works closely with institutions navigating authorization processes, cross-border licensing requirements, and regulatory risk across multiple jurisdictions.

He contributes to client engagements by drafting and reviewing compliance policies, preparing regulatory filings, and supporting interactions with supervisory authorities. Andreas also assists in the implementation of regulatory frameworks aligned with local and international standards.

He is a qualified lawyer in Cyprus and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (ACSI) and holds certifications in Anti-Money Laundering and Regulatory Compliance, reinforcing his capacity to support clients in meeting their compliance obligations with confidence and clarity.
