Andreas Antoniou is an Assistant Manager within Pnyx Hill’s regulatory advisory practice, supporting clients across financial services and digital asset sectors on licensing, governance frameworks, and ongoing regulatory compliance.

He works with institutions navigating authorisation processes, cross-border licensing requirements, and regulatory risk across multiple jurisdictions.

Andreas contributes to client engagements through the preparation and review of compliance policies, regulatory filings, and supporting interactions with supervisory authorities. He also supports the implementation of regulatory frameworks aligned with local and international standards.

He is a qualified lawyer in Cyprus and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (ACSI), and holds certifications in Anti-Money Laundering and Regulatory Compliance.
