Theodora Papadopoulou

Theodora Papadopoulou is an Assistant Manager within Pnyx Hill’s Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) practice, specialising in financial services regulation, licensing and regulatory compliance.

She advises investment firms, funds, payment and electronic money institutions, and cryptoasset service providers on authorisations and regulatory frameworks across Cyprus, the UAE and Kazakhstan. Her work includes preparing and managing regulatory applications, drafting core documentation, and engaging directly with regulators throughout the approval process.

Theodora also brings experience in UK regulatory matters, including engagement with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), as well as a background in legal and regulatory reform through her work with the Law Commission of England and Wales.

She holds an LLM in International Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation (Distinction) and is CySEC Advanced certified.
