  • Corporate Services & Business Administration Associate

    Role Description

     

    We are seeking a Corporate Services & Governance Officer with 5–7 years of experience working within a Corporate Service Provider, fiduciary services firm, or law firm corporate practice in the UAE. This role requires proven, hands-on company secretarial (CoSec) experience, including entity formation, statutory management, board support, resolutions drafting, and ongoing regulatory maintenance across ADGM, DIFC, DMCC, and Mainland UAE.

     

    The role supports both client-facing service delivery and internal governance for Pnyx Hill Group entities. You will manage entity portfolios end-to-end, interface with regulators and banks, maintain statutory records, and ensure compliance with governance requirements across multiple jurisdictions. The position requires ownership, accuracy, reliability, and strong stakeholder communication skills.

     

    This role reports directly to the Group Head of Corporate Affairs and can be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, depending on the candidate’s profile and operational fit.

     

     

    Key Responsibilities

     

    Corporate Governance & CoSec Administration

    • Lead company formation, licensing, amendments, renewals, and corporate changes across ADGM, DIFC, DMCC, and Mainland environments.

    • Maintain statutory registers, corporate records, and governance documentation for group and client entities.

    • Draft and process board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, share transfers, capitalization changes, and director appointments/removals.

    • Coordinate AGMs, board meeting documentation, and minute preparation.

     

    Regulatory & Portal Management

    • Independently handle submissions and filings using ADGM, DIFC, DMCC, FTA, MOFA, and other free-zone / government portals.

    • Liaise professionally with regulators, registered agents, auditors, law firms, and banking institutions.

     

    Client and Group Support

    • Serve as a trusted point of contact for corporate services clients and internal stakeholders.

    • Track compliance timelines and ensure proactive calendar management for renewals and regulatory milestones.

    Process & Governance System Improvement

    Professional Experience & Core Competencies

    You will manage the Group PMO, ensuring every vertical, department, and strategic initiative is aligned, structured, and progressing according to plan. In parallel, you will operate as a key Operations point of contact, working directly with the COO to ensure organizational rhythm, operational efficiency, and execution discipline across regions and business units.

     

    This is a crucial execution focus role that requires ownership, clarity, high situational awareness, and the ability to move between strategic planning and hands-on operational problem-solving.

     

    This role is for someone who thrives where pace is high, priorities evolve, and decisions must turn into action fast. If you are structured, assertive, execution-driven, and capable of being the operational backbone of a scaling group, without needing to be pushed, then we want to speak.

    Group PMO

    • Manage the end-to-end program management office across all business units and corporate functions.

    Role Description

     

    This is a full-time Senior Manager role within the Advisory Department, based in Nicosia, Cyprus, with approximately 20% regional travel (UAE, Greece, Kazakhstan). The Senior Manager will lead client engagements, manage advisory delivery, and ensure the execution of high-quality regulatory and GRC solutions. Positioned directly below C-Suite leadership, this role is central to our growth strategy and offers a clear pathway to Director and Partner.

     

    You will lead cross-functional teams, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and drive strategic outcomes across multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments. This role is suited to a strategic operator with strong analytical capability, commercial judgment, and the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity with confidence.

     

     

    Key Responsibilities

     

    You will operate as a strategic business leader and principal advisor, responsible for:
