Role Description
The Finance Associate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the Group while also supporting selected clients with financial and regulatory reporting requirements.
This is a hands-on role focused on financial reporting, control, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory-aligned financial support. The position offers increasing responsibility and growth opportunities as the Group continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Finance

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across Group entities, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end and year-end close processes.

Role Description
We are seeking a Corporate Services & Governance Officer with 5–7 years of experience working within a Corporate Service Provider, fiduciary services firm, or law firm corporate practice in the UAE. This role requires proven, hands-on company secretarial (CoSec) experience, including entity formation, statutory management, board support, resolutions drafting, and ongoing regulatory maintenance across ADGM, DIFC, DMCC, and Mainland UAE.
The role supports both client-facing service delivery and internal governance for Pnyx Hill Group entities. You will manage entity portfolios end-to-end, interface with regulators and banks, maintain statutory records, and ensure compliance with governance requirements across multiple jurisdictions. The position requires ownership, accuracy, reliability, and strong stakeholder communication skills.
This role reports directly to the Group Head of Corporate Affairs and can be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, depending on the candidate’s profile and operational fit.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Governance & CoSec Administration

Lead company formation, licensing, amendments, renewals, and corporate changes across ADGM, DIFC, DMCC, and Mainland environments.

Maintain statutory registers, corporate records, and governance documentation for group and client entities.

Draft and process board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, share transfers, capitalization changes, and director appointments/removals.
