Fodi Kyriakos

Fodi Kyriakos is a Strategic Advisor and Subject Matter Expert in Healthcare Workforce and Digital Healthcare Transformation, with over 25 years’ experience across commercial leadership, business development, and workforce solutions in both public and private sector healthcare systems. He has specialist expertise in the Imaging and Oncology sectors, with a strong focus on optimising services, workforce sustainability, and the delivery of digitally enabled care models.

Fodi is the founder of Skilled Personnel Consulting, where he advises at c-suite level to healthcare providers, technology companies, and service organisations, supporting strategy development and facilitating key partnerships as a critical connector across the Healthcare ecosystem. He previously founded RIG Reporting, the UK's first external X-ray reporting service, which was acquired by InHealth Group, where he joined InHealth’s senior management team and established InHealth Reporting’s Teleradiology service, helping to scale diagnostic capacity through innovation and digital delivery.

As a Strategic Advisor, Fodi is recognised for his ability to connect strategy, people, and technology, acting as a trusted advisor to organisations navigating complex transformation across healthcare systems. He has also played a crucial role in supporting the development and delivery of innovative Diagnostic Imaging solutions, including the launch of Diagnostic Screening Programmes in the UK, specifically with involvement in the UK Lung Cancer Screening Programme. He is also a corporate partner to the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation and was nominated as Corporate Collaborative Champion for his contribution to lung cancer services.
