Anneliese is an internationally recognised executive and board advisor with extensive experience in corporate governance, regulatory strategy, and leadership coaching. She has held senior leadership roles across Europe, the Middle East, the USA, and Australasia, including serving as the most senior female executive at du, one of the Middle East’s largest telecom operators.

She is the former Chairwoman of the global Board of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) - the world’s largest organisation of in-house lawyers with 45,000 members in 85 countries - and is an active angel investor and member of Dubai Angel Investors, specialising in high-growth technology ventures. Her board portfolio spans digital infrastructure, legal-tech, and emerging technologies, with a consistent focus on driving innovation while strengthening governance and oversight.
