Teemu Raiskinen serves as General Counsel for Pnyx Hill Group, overseeing the group’s legal and internal compliance functions. With more than 25 years of international legal experience, he plays a critical role in ensuring legal integrity, regulatory alignment, and risk management across the firm's operations.

He has held senior in-house counsel and executive leadership roles across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the U.S., supporting international transactions in over 70 countries. His expertise spans corporate law, regulatory affairs, governance, advocacy, and cross-border commercial structuring.

Teemu’s deep understanding of international business law and his strong leadership background bring a high level of legal rigour to Pnyx Hill’s operations and strategic decision-making.
