Xenios Demetriades

Data Analytics & Strategic Research Specialist Pnyx Hill Group

Xenios supports Pnyx Hill’s CEO Office and wider Group management through data analytics, strategic research and management reporting. His role focuses on turning operational, commercial and financial data into clear insights that support decision-making, performance visibility and the development of management dashboards across the Group and its business verticals.

He works closely with the Chief of Staff & Operations to improve data quality, reporting structures and analytical visibility across key management priorities. His responsibilities include developing dashboards and analytical models, supporting strategic and market research, identifying trends and performance drivers, and helping establish more consistent data and reporting standards across the organization.

Xenios holds an MSc in Statistics and a First-Class BSc in Mathematics from University College London. His background spans actuarial data analysis, forecasting, statistical modelling and data visualisation, with practical experience across Python, R, SQL, Tableau and advanced Excel. Prior to joining Pnyx Hill, he worked in actuarial data analysis and consulting, with earlier experience in data analytics consulting at KPMG.
