Panayiotis Junior Nicolaou

Panayiotis leads the Group’s finance function and is accountable for financial strategy, treasury, financial governance and reporting to the Board across all Group entities and jurisdictions. He also leads the Group’s ADGM office in Abu Dhabi, and works alongside the Group CEO on the Group’s funding strategy, investor readiness and capital structure as it grows internationally.

He brings more than a decade of experience across audit, accounting, financial management and business advisory and has prior to Pnyx Hill acted as a General Manager of an ADGM-registered firm and served in PwC Cyprus working in financial services.

Panayiotis is an ACCA-qualified finance professional and holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Brighton. His background combines deep knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), audit and financial governance with practical experience in building and managing finance operations, supporting the Group as it continues to scale across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
