Panagiotis Kavourinos

Pnyx Hill GRC Advisors

Panagiotis supports Pnyx Hill’s Governance, Risk & Compliance practice through financial analysis, research and the preparation of client documentation. His work includes reviewing financial information, supporting risk assessments, analysing performance indicators and contributing to structured analytical outputs across client engagements.

He brings experience in private equity, investment research and financial analysis, including work with FMO, the Dutch Entrepreneurial Development Bank, and Eurocapital. His background includes analyzing financial performance, governance information and ESG-related risk factors, as well as supporting valuation work, comparable-company analysis and portfolio monitoring. This gives him a strong analytical foundation for assignments requiring both financial and risk-based perspectives.

Panagiotis holds an MSc in Sustainable Finance and Investments from Utrecht University and a BSc in Banking and Financial Management from the University of Piraeus. He has also completed additional training in Python for Finance, data analytics and SQL, strengthening his ability to combine financial analysis with data-driven tools and methodologies.
