Pallavi Khajuria

Pallavi serves as Chief of Staff & Operations at Pnyx Hill, working closely with the Group CEO and leadership team to translate strategic priorities into clear execution across the Group. Her role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations and governance, ensuring that priorities are converted into structured plans, ownership is clearly defined, and execution remains aligned across the Group’s businesses and functions.

She leads the Group’s operational management framework, including management cadence, PMO discipline, organizational structure, cross-functional coordination, performance visibility and the development of scalable systems and processes. Pallavi works across all Group functions to strengthen execution, improve management information and ensure that the Group’s verticals have the operating infrastructure and support required to grow effectively across multiple markets and jurisdictions.

A key part of her role is helping build the institutional foundations of Pnyx Hill as the Group scales. She also supports strategic initiatives led by the CEO Office, coordinating complex workstreams, resolving cross-functional dependencies and maintaining accountability across teams and leadership stakeholders.

Pallavi brings a background on program management, technology and business operations, supported by a structured and execution-focused approach to problem solving. She holds an engineering degree in computer science. Also a masters degree in Software Systems from BITS Pilani combining technical understanding with operational and management capability.
