Mustafa Jweed

Technology & IT Consultant Pnyx Hill Group

Mustafa is part of the IT function at Pnyx Hill Group, with responsibility for technology infrastructure, systems, access management and day-to-day IT operations supporting the Group’s teams and business verticals. Working closely with the Chief of Staff & Operations, he helps ensure that the technology environment remains secure, reliable and aligned with the Group’s operational requirements.

He also supports the Group’s ongoing digital transformation by assessing technology platforms, managing implementation priorities and strengthening IT governance as the organization grows across multiple entities and jurisdictions. His role combines hands-on technical delivery with a strong focus on building the technology foundation required for efficient, secure and scalable Group operations.

Mustafa holds an MSc in Blockchain and Digital Currency and a BSc in Computer Engineering from the University of Nicosia. His background combines core IT infrastructure and systems expertise with emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, blockchain and Web3, business process automation and software development.
