Andreas Kourouklaris is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pnyx Hill Group, an international advisory spanning strategy, governance, risk and compliance. He sets the Group’s strategic direction and leads its institutional development and international growth.

Under his leadership, Pnyx Hill is building a multidisciplinary advisory platform that combines specialist expertise, senior engagement and accountability for delivery. His responsibilities encompass Group strategy, organisational development, senior leadership and relationships with major clients, investors and institutional partners.

An international executive with experience across Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia and Africa, Andreas has led business expansion, corporate strategy and operational transformation. His work spans engagement with boards, senior management, financial institutions, investors and regulatory authorities.

Andreas focuses on the future of professional services and the strategic choices facing business leaders, including how technology, operating models and executive accountability are redefining the advisory value in Pnyx Hill and beyond.
